First, focus on the customer's needs, understand their pain points, existing solutions, and cooperating manufacturers. A thorough understanding of the customer allows for better proposals.

1.Sample production based on the customer's requirements. Some products may require mold development, which will be at the customer's expense (if the order quantity reaches a certain level, we can refund the corresponding amount). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 2000 pcs.

2.After both parties confirm the sample, a contract will be signed, and a deposit will be paid.

3.The production time will start to be calculated after the custom molds are completed. The delivery time is 40 working days.
